This 5-week programme is designed to welcome you back to training within the gym environment in a smart, specific and structured way.
Whether you have had time out from the gym due to lockdown and want to return to training safely, or if you are a total beginner looking to get more comfortable with gym-based training, then this is the perfect programme for you.
RE-BUILD will provide you with the opportunity to get back to a consistent training routine designed to progressively REBUILD your strength and cardiovascular fitness.
